Almost Everything'sCar of the Day is a 1999 Mazda Miata. This agressive little track monster came to our shop shiny, yet weathered and tattered from lots of fun track days. Not wanting his race car to look like such a...race car the owner and driver of this machine came to us with Two requests; Make the car shiny again, and keep the price low. We met both of those requests with our Enamel Single stage paint, using the car's original color!
Almost Everything'sCar of the Day is a 1993 Jeep Wrangler, this off road machine was dropped off at our shop as a dull, grey / white / black sort of...thing. This Jeep happens to be a project that is going to be both driven on the street and off road. Knowing that the paint is going to be chipped and dented from off roading in the very near future the owner did not want to apply an expensive factory type of paint. With this in mind we reccomended a basic "Single Stage" Enamel, a convieniently cost effective paint material. We cleaned up all of the exterior surfaces, masked off all of the trim and interior, painted it jet black, and finally baked it in our oven to cure the new finish on!
Almost Everything'sCar of the Day is a 1993 Mercury Tracer. This particular car has extremely low mileage for its age, unfortunately its paint job looked like a different story. Over the years the sun and elements had destroyed this cars factory paint job, leaving the surface "peeling" faded and cracked. We know just how to fix this problem and do so every day on lots of cars! We began by removing all of the peeling or 'delaminating" clear coat, so that the old paint would not come through or compromise the new paint finish. Once the sanding had been completed we applied a primer sealer and refinished the car with our Enamel + UV protectant paint in the cars original color!
