How Our Process Works

During your first visit, we will work with you to provide a fair and accurate evaluation of repairs and service for your vehicle. We strive to be courteous professionals who listen to your concerns, give you honest feedback & provide explanations of your options. You will get an estimate of the time required for repairs. We encourage you to ask questions. We want you to feel as comfortable as possible.

If an insurance company is paying for the work, we will take care of contacting the insurer and working with them on your behalf. We will do everything we can to make this process as simple and straightforward as possible. We will minimize the burden of insurance claim paperwork, submissions, approvals and all the issues of dealing with the claim. Click for more information about collision repair and insurance claims.

Once you allow us to begin repairs, we promise to make every effort to complete the process as quickly as possible. But we will never cut corners to meet deadlines. Please contact us any time you have questions about status of your vehicle.

  1. Rental Cars:
    • Free–If someone hit your vehicle and their insurance is paying for the repairs, you are entitled to a free rental car during the time of repair to be paid for by the insurance company. Many personal collision policies also include rental car coverage. Let us make the arrangements for you.
    • Discounted–You get discounted rates through Almost Everything with either Enterprise or Hertz. At the time you drop off your vehicle we will get you to our nearby rental lot to pick the rental of your choice. When you return to pick-up your vehicle, just leave the rental with us and you are done.
  2. Free Shuttle Service to your home, work or any destination in Fremont or Newark including Fremont BART, train station, local shopping, dining & entertainment destinations when you drop off or pick-up your car.

As soon we’ve completed repairs we will contact you to arrange pick-up of your vehicle. You can also take advantage of our free local shuttle service and free rental car drop-off.

We hope you are delighted with your "new" vehicle and that you’ll see the time, effort, and energy we put into pleasing every one of our customers. You will have received your written warranty in the documentation package we give you at the time of pick-up. If any questions or concerns arise after you've gotten home, please call us! We'll always do everything we can to make sure repairs were done properly. We try very hard to ensure that there is never a need for you to return for a warranty issue. But rest assured that if a defect is discovered in our materials or workmanship, we honor our warranty and always provide you with the best support possible.
