Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 1999 Honda Accord. This car was a bit different from most of the Accords we post. The original paint had not completely peeled off just yet. It had however, showed signs of beginning the peeling or "delaminating" process. To put an abrupt end to the paint's faulty intentions, we began by sanding down all of the areas that were beginning to peel, also removing all of the existing rock chips and scratches while we were there. Once all of the sanding and scuffing had been completed, we masked the windows and trim and applied a primer sealer to the sanded surfaces. The last step in the process was the paint. We refinished this Accord with our enamel paint which, beleive it or not, is actually one of our more basic paint packages!
