No job too little for Almost Everything Autobody

New Driver Catches Air--Lands on Neighbor's Ferrari. . . In the Garage

Thanks again to our buddies at WreckedExotics.com for this little nugget. The car on the bottom was a 2003 Ferrari 360 Modena. The truck appears to be a Ford F150 Stepside. We'd hate to see this kid's insurance bill. The good news is the garage door & the Ferrari seem to have provided a soft landing. The story goes that a young man got the truck up to a good speed as he was coming over a hill. The truck flew off the hill and into this garage.

Feel free to send us your car wreck cringe inducing stories & please vote for us for Best Autobody in the San Francisco Bay Area.

2011 Subaru Forester with Insurance Claim to Collision damage

Today's Car of the Day is a 2011 Subaru Forester that came in with collision damage to the left door, left fender, left door mirror, left front door window regulator, left pillar hinge and left fender apron. The Insurance company had Almost Everything Autobody replaced all parts that needed to be changed with Original Manufacturer Equipment (OEM) from Subaru dealer. Almost Everything Autobody repaired the hinge pillar where the door mounts on and the left apron where the left fender mounts on. Almost Everything Autobody removed & installed some parts for the repairs and paint such as door handles, belt mouldings, rocker panel, headlights, front bumper cover, and grille. Almost Everything Autobody painted the parts and blended the adjacent panels with same same quality paint used at the factory. Now the Subaru looks like new again.

Attrocity: 10 Mazda Cosmo Sports Dying in a Japanese Field

This horrifying photo is courtesy of Komin's Photo Blog. Komin found 10 very rare Mazda Cosmos lined-up in a field, rotting. The Cosmo was Mazda's first Wankel rotary engined car and the first production 2-rotor Wankel in the world. Almost Everything Autobody has listed it as one of the Most Beautiful Cars Ever Made. Mazda produced the original Cosmo series from 1967 to 1972 and a total of only 1519 were built. Only 2 exist in the USA, with Late Night Show's Jay Leno owning one of them. Someone needs to save what's left of these cars. If you can ship one to us, we'd be happy to help!
