1977 CHEVY DUALLY WORK TRUCK COMPLETE

Almost Everything Autobody's Car of the Day is this 1977 Chevy Dually. The customer came to Almost Everything Autobody to make the truck look more presentable. It needed a lot of work. The old paint was peeling and raw fiberglass was showing through the paint on the fenders. Almost Everything Autobody took it from eyesore to the good looking truck it once was. We started by machine sanding the surface to get rid of  most of the old paint. Then we applied a coat of poly-lok 2 component  primer sealer. Finally we painted it with a durable, single stage paint. The customer picked a nice brown from Almost Everything's color book. The customer is so happy with the work that we did that he's not sure if he will use it for work any more--he doesn't want it to get scratched.

1991 Toyota MR2 Complete Urethane Paint Job

Almost Everything Autobody car of the day is this 1991 Toyota MR2.
The customer came to Almost Everything Autobody looking to make his sports car shine in the summer sun.
He wanted something glossy that would last, stand up to the heat of the summer and would not fade or start cracking like the original paint. So Almost Everything Autobody offered him the Supreme single stage polyurethane with a 4 year gloss warranty and Almost Everything's Prep Plus.
Almost Everything Autobody also fixed some cracking in the rear bumper. This little sports car looks great. The customer was super happy and loves his car even more with a fresh new paint job. He is ready to hit the streets of San Francisco.

Bumper Repairs on Chrysler Concorde

Today's Car of the Day is a nice, two-tone 1994 Chrysler Concorde that looked good except for the peeling paint on the bumpers and body side mouldings. These darker parts of the car were literally disintegrating due to the sun's punishing rays. In the "Before" photos below, you can see the yellow colored plastic exposed under the original paint. Almost Everything repainted all of these plastic parts and the car looks like new again.

Built Like a Tank but Shouldn't Look Like One

Today's Mercedes is one of the huge old built-like-a-tank S-Class models with a diesel engine that will run forever. The camouflage paint scheme is purely by accident. The interior was in great shape and the engine was strong and ran like new. But this was a car seriously in need of a paint job. Almost Everything sanded off all the old, failed paint and got the surface smooth then we applied a new coat of primer/sealer before repainting the car.
