THOMPSON PICKS UP TWO WINS AND 11 TOP-FIVES IN ROOKIE SEASON

Almost Everything Racing's NASCAR driver Cody Thompson finished his very successful rookie season with two 1st Place finishes, three fast-times, and 11 top-fives in the #68 Almost Everything-Southern Rock car. Cody competes in the hotly contested NASCAR Modified division at All American Speedway. The eighteen-year-old finished fifth in the standings despite missing three races due to engine problems.

In 2010 Thompson won three USAC Ford Focus Midget races along with finishing sixth at the USAC Ford Focus Nationals at the Las Vegas Bullring. That experience propelled Thompson into NASCAR Modifieds.

In the 2011 post-season Thompson qualified third for the Shasta Raceway Park Win-River and finished fifth. At Stockton 99 Speedway Thompson amazed the crowd by advancing from 15th to 3rd in arguably his strongest race to date.
