A Race for Very Strong Hearts. . . and Heads: The Valparaiso Cerro Abajo

This video comes from the Valparaiso, Chile Cerro Abajo, literally "downhill," bicycle race. I love the dog scampering out of the way in the middle of the run. Just watching I reflexively tuck-in my fingers and elbows. Except for the recent tsunami images from Japan, this is the most terrifying thing I've ever seen. Unlike the tsunami videos, the people involved in the Cerro Abajo Race chose to be a part of it. Thanks to Axis of Oversteer for pointing us to the most visually stunning and insane images anywhere.

2010 Ford Escape with bumper cover damaged

Today's Car of the Day is a 2010 Ford Escape that came in with damage to the rear bumper cover. Almost Everything Autobody removed the bumper cover and step pad to repair the dent and scrapes.
