Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 2005 Acura RSX. This fairly new car has spent much of its time outdoors, resulting in the delaminating/peeling paint you can see in the following pictures. Sun, heat and outdoor elements are the main causes of such paint failure, once the peeling starts it is virtually impossible to stop. A common way to prevent this from happening to your vehicle is to regulary wash and wax the exterior with a good quality paste wax, think of it as sunscreen for your car. Any paint job will fail over time, but proper care and prevention will preserve your finish much longer! We restored the finish on this particular car with our Enamel + UV protective paint.

From Green to Gunmetal
Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 1998 Honda Civic Sedan, the owner of this car decided he wanted to learn the basic steps of auto body work. He prepped the car himself, removing the paint to the bare metal on the "microchecked" hood, and the rest of the cars delaminating/peeling paint. Once he was satisfied with his work, he brought the car in for us to paint, he chose our "Phantom Gray Effect" color, when we finished you would never know the outside of this car used to be green!

1993 Honda Civic Paint Job
Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 1993 Honda Civic, this dependable little car came to us with its original paint in rough shape. We took care of that by removing the peeling old paint, preparing the surface with a sealer primer, and finally painting it back to its factory red color.

1998 BMW Z3 Complete Paint Job
Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 1998 BMW Z3. This car came to us with its original paint in terrible shape. The primer beneath the paint had failed, creating a condition known as "microchecking" which we removed, re-primed and painted back to its original factory color.
