Honda Civic Collision Repair

Civic with damaged bumper, grill and fender

A pick-up truck backed up into this poor Honda Civic in a company parking lot. The owner of the pick-up was very nice, notified the owner about the accident and made sure the damage got repaired properly. We replaced the bumper cover, grill and several brackets.

"Almost" Everything - We'll Tell You It's Time to Give Up

If your accident is anything like this then, no, we won't fix your car.

Many people ask us what the "Almost" means in our name. This truck is a good example. Although we could fix it, we told the owner that he was better off buying another vehicle. In addition to the obvious damage, the frame was twisted and the suspension had problems. If someone were to fix it, we'd be afraid to ride in it. It was definitely a total loss. You could probably buy a nice used F-150 for less than half of what it would cost to fix this one.

Broken Mirror

New Mirror
Replacement mirror painted and installed at Almost Everything Auto Body

We replace mirrors all the time. Most often they get broken in tight parking spaces. This one is unusual in that it got hit by a motorcyclist. Don't be embarrassed if you broke your mirror backing out of your own garage. You are in good company!

Replacement parts including mirrors almost always come unpainted. We have lots of customers that plan to install mirrors themselves but need paint. No problem! We're happy to paint parts for do it yourselfers. Occasionally a car manufacturer will offer pre-painted mirrors. If you are lucky enough to find one, buy it! Even if it costs a bit more, it is usually cheaper than buying a mirror then having a body shop paint it.

Final word on mirrors (and all car parts): make sure you know what you need. You'd be amazed at how many variations there can be for a single year and model of car. The sport model looks different than the luxury and economy models. Installation and connectors can be completely different for manual vs. power, heated, memory, integrated turn signals & lights, blind spot detectors & cameras, self-dimming, folding and non-folding. . . you get the idea.

Let us know if we can help.

Bumper & Fender Repair

Cracked bumper and dented fender before repair at Almost Everything Auto Body

The bumper was partially torn off this Honda Odyssey minivan. We had to replace the bumper, fix a dent in the fender, and straighten the internal sheetmetal where these parts attached.

That First Scratch

BMW 535i in for scrape repairs at Almost Everything Auto Body

It happens to all of us. In a moment of inattention we hear a nasty scraping noise. Or maybe we have no idea how it happened. Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a brand new BMW. Making a gnarly scrape vanish: not much money. Not having to see the gnarly scrape every day for 5 years: priceless.

"Keyed" Honda Civic

Key scratches on hood of Honda Civic before repairs at Almost Everything Auto Body

Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a 2001 Honda Civic Si Hatchback that had been keyed. We feathered the edges of the key scratches so they would not show under the new paint. We also sanded down a bunch of delaminating paint (the peeling stuff.) We applied a primer-sealer to cover the bare metal spots then painted the whole car with a cost effective enamel paint.

2015 Chevrolet Silverado Rear-Ended

Collision damage on Chevy Silverado before repairs at Almost Everything Auto Body

Almost Everything's Car of the Day is a truck. . . a top of the line, barely off the lot, 2015 Chevy K1500 Silverado LT Crew Cab 4x4. As bad as this damage looks, we're sure the car that rear ended the Silverado faired worse. We realigned the frame, replaced the bed side, tailgate, bumper, exhaust system, catalytic converters and more. Then we repainted using factory matched paint. Our customer told us, "It looks like nother ever happened!" Thanks.
